The client brief was: "We are launching into online comparison for energy, and later health insurance. We want to understand who the major and minor players are, how customers find existing comparison websites and deals. We also understand the barriers to entry, niche and low hanging fruit as a toe-hold into comparison as we can't afford to go head-to-head with the big players (at this stage)."
