CXA was commissioned to produce a report on a niche sector within the Pet industry for an Australian headquarted client with international offices and manufacturing.

The client brief was simple: "describe to us our key competitors, how they're achieving growth and sales, identify opportunities for brand expansion, partnerships and threats to our plans. In particular tell us if we should be worried about [redacted brand] and [redacted brand]. Identify and make recommendations in the Australian and International markets in which we operate for growth"

The custom report:

• uncovered new growth opprotunities within the boundaries of what the brand does today;
• highlighted new partnership opportunities;
• revealed new competitors the business owners were unaware of or had previously discounted;
• explained that one of the brands the owners were concerned about poses no significant threat at all;
• analysed the market (consumer and competitor behaviour) and provided strategic recommendations for growth with content and social media to set the brand up to dominate Google search results and social media feeds (YouTube, Instagram and TikTok);
